Nice door sample..but three weeks later no shipment - Amanda Malone - Houston, TX
We ordered the door sample for these cabinets and were impressed. Along with the door came some paper work from Timberpro promising quick shipment. So we took the plunge and ordered 15 cabinets for a small renovation project. br /br /Well needless to say three weeks later, and three postponed shipment dates, no cabinets. We called Amazon but they were unable to tell us if and when these cabinets would ever ship. Customer service said they would try to contact Timberpro to see what was going on..but in the end they could not get any response from Timberpro. In the end, after over three weeks of delay, we finally (after pulling a few Amazon teeth) got our money refunded.br /br /These cabinets looks nice, and with the promise of all plywood contruction as opposed to particle board cabinets, it seems like they would be a good deal. You might try ordering if you really don't need them and can wait several months to see if the they show up.
